Weaknesses in strong roles
Anyone who is constantly in the spotlight and permanently assumes responsibility is expected to do “more”. Psychological disorders and perceived weaknesses are difficult to reconcile with one’s own role. We work with you to develop models that are compatible with your role and enable you to initiate changes in a more protected environment that will help you to improve your mental health.
I am your partner, not your project
When your partner or parents take a prominent position in the public eye, it also affects how you interact at home. Leadership means planning, structure and gravitas while love should be light, spontaneous and sometimes unplanned. We will work with you and, if desired, with your partner to look for solutions to bring these two opposites closer together.
Save the world by day, take out garbage by night
The more prominent your role in society, the more important it is to consciously handle your family life. If you have a work staff around you during the day, it’s hard for you to suddenly have to do extra work yourself in the evening. What role do I have and where? How many roles can I have? What is expected of me and when? Which methods, approaches, tonalities do I choose and where? How do I achieve my goals at home, how in society? What freedoms does the private sphere grant?
